为提升菲律宾地区之航线服务及扩建阳明海运东南亚区域航线布局，该公司宣布成立Yang Ming Shipping Philippines,Inc.-阳明(菲律宾)股份有限公司，并自2017年5月1日正式营运，并于Manila、Cebu及Davao三个城市设置办公室提供服务，首任总经理由阳明海运代表易德华担任。
